"Equine Canada / Dressage Canada High Performance Committee uses the Dressage Canada High Performance Long Lists for Training (Dressage Lists for Training) to determine which horse/rider combinations are most qualified to receive financial and other support from Equine Canada that aids in their development to represent Canada in International High Performance dressage competitions."
